As an HR professional, MPA@UNC helped me gain a new insight when it comes to Human Resources, especially when it comes to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This program also equipped me with various tools for collaboration that I use regularly with our internal stakeholders and working with them has been seamless ever since. As a former service member, the leadership knowledge and skills developed in the program are invaluable. It made me rethink and apply transformative leadership in whatever capacity I'm in.
