As an HR professional, MPA@UNC helped me gain a new insight when it comes to Human Resources, especially when it comes to data-driven analysis and decision-making based on many human capital management metrics such as employee turnover, performance management, candidate flow analysis, and employee engagement. This program also equipped me with various tools for collaboration that I use regularly with our internal stakeholders and working with them has been seamless ever since. As a former service member, the leadership knowledge and skills developed in the program are invaluable. It made me rethink and apply transformative leadership in whatever capacity I'm in.
