Alum Matt McKirahan came into the role as town manager ready to lead. With a background in marketing, his time in the MPA program and numerous local government roles including stints with the City of Ft. Lauderdale, City of Raleigh, and the City of Pinehurst, this double Tarheel faced a community in need two months after he was hired.
